The Low Carbon Salon is hold by RCE-Beijing and the PRED Society in Beijing Normal University. The purpose of the Salon is to discuss the hot issues related to Low-carbon and to aware the world tendency of the Low-Carbon Economy by the direct communication between experts and students. In other words, the salon want to open a door for the students in BNU to understand the main national strategies and initiatives against the Climate Change, to know the latest development of international negotiations on climate change and the future trends in the world technological and industrial development, and to realize the opportunities and challenges brought by low-carbon economy.
